Web Site Accessibility

9/11/2007 2:09:42 PM, Ask a Question

Web sites, yes they´re for everyone, not just for those of us with great vision, but for who dont also.

Making a website that accessible for both sighted and non-sighted customers is not only good practice, and good business sense, but it´s actually the law!!!

The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1992 provides the framework under which all websites must comply.  Does yours?  Unfotunately most dont any many would prefer to run the risk of being sued than investigate this vital step for a new site.

Our Condor Content Management system actually creates a accessible version of your site automatically, look down in the bottom right.  There is a ´Screen Reader Version´ link, try it out.

For help in making your site comply with the DDA, contact us today!
